Boxers Galore!
While Boxers are not the breed for everyone, they are the
perfect breed for us.  We love their energy level, their goofiness,
and their individual personalities.   Having Boxers is like eating
Lays potato chips - you can't just have one!

Introducing....The Waugus Boxers

Bailey - We got Bailey as a puppy a few months after our beloved Nekoosa
passed away in 2001.    He helped heal our hearts and bring joy back into
our lives.  Bailey is the man in charge of the house, or so he likes to think.
He is such a nutball at times but then, can be quite the snuggler...until you
try touching his front paws.

Bosco - We decided that having one Boxer wasn't enough and started
searching for another.  Bosco was being fostered by another foster family,
but they went on vacation and well, we forgot to return him and he became
our second Boxer boy in 2003.  Bosco loves everyone he meets, including
the heffers down the road.   He is quite the lover and enjoys tenting when
he's tired. Bosco does everything in Bosco time and he beats to his own
drum.

Duke - What can we say about Duke.  Duke arrived in rescue several years
ago and  was fostered by his Middleton mom and dad.  He was badly
abused before coming to us and his foster mom, Shawna, worked
wonders with him.  But, Duke could not forget his past life and when they
had a baby, Duke came to live with us.  He only trusts about six people in
the entire world, but we love him.  Duke-Do is a carb junky and does the
best reverse jumps ever seen.   Since he had been living with us for years,
we decided to make him a legitimate part of the family in 2007.

Kate - Katie Marie was born at our house, the last puppy born to Bryn, the
sweetest dog on the planet.  From the start, Kate had problems and wasn't
using her back left leg.  We found out she didn't have a hip socket on that
side.  Kate also developed other health problems but by then she had Erick
wrapped around her little paw.  She became a permanent member of the
family in 2006.  "Bitchy Mo" likes to think she's the boss and gives the
fosters the business, but most of the time she's quite the sweetheart.
We are proud foster parents for Green Acres Boxer Rescue and for
the Dodge County Humane Society.   We've fostered a lot of pooches!
